| Halal house will ship your order only within the boundary of Japan by using Yamato Transport Co. Ltd.(Kuroneko) or Sagawa Kyuubin. SHIPPING COST FREE SHIPPING COST is entitled to the amount of shopping 9,000 Yen (purchasing including RICE [5 kg and above]) and above for all location in Japan except Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa. However, Hokkaido and Kyushu area is entitle for FREE SHIPPING COST for shopping amount 15,000 Yen and above. This FREE SHIPPING COST is applied to all location in Japan except Okinawa. However, we do offer our customer with SPECIAL DELIVERY RATE for order amount lower than those stated above. Please refer to the SHIPPING COST TABLE below for more details. |
Shipping cost for pack which contains ONLY DRY items will be deducted 100 yen from
those shown in table above.
DELIVERY TIME
For the orders received before 12:00 Hrs (12 Noon) on weekdays and Saturday (Halal
House is closed on Sunday and public Holidays) will be processed on the same day. The
delivery time is varies between 1 to 3 days depends on the address of consignee. Halal
House will make a phone call if any problem arises.
ORDERS
The delivery of any combined orders in Halal house, will be shipped in the same corrugated
carton for the same address with a single shipping cost (Example: combined order of beef
minced (cool item) and spices (dry item) will be pack in the same carton as cool pack.)
DISCLAIMER
Halal house will not responsible for any unavailability of the recipient while delivery. The
unavailability of the recipient of the ordered goods may be subject to financial penalties as
per standard rules apply and accepting further orders may cease to exist. Halal House is not
responsible for any damage cause by third party delivery companies. However we will take
our best action to pursue our customers right in such cases.
